TENTEN Wilshire Hosting Toy Drive For Children's Hospital
Los Angeles, CA - 12/06/2021 — TENTEN Wilshire believes that the holidays are a time for sharing. With this thought in mind, the staff at TENTEN and 1027 Wilshire are hosting a toy drive for the Los Angeles Children's Hospital.
The holidays can be very hard on children that are in the hospital. This is why 1010 and 1027 Wilshire thought it would be nice to bring a little happiness to these children by having a gift drive. Gift collection boxes are found in the main lobbies of both buildings, and you can call the staff to have items picked up.
Residents are encouraged to use the list of suggested gift items because these are the most needed or requested at the hospital. Coloring books and markers or colored pencils are the highest demand item, followed by baby rattles and mirrors, medical play kits (doctor or nurse kits), and play dough. A full list of gifts is available on posters throughout each building. The hospital cannot accept handmade goods or gently used items to distribute as gifts.
