Nonprofit Launched to Bring Suicide Awareness to Community

Davie, Florida - 02/02/2021 —  Hunters’ House of Hope, Inc.  a tax-exempt 501(c)3 non-profit organization, launched to bring innovative approach to suicide prevention to Broward County and surrounding communities. Hunter’s House of Hope offers a wide array of mental health needs and support from counseling, housing, clothing, food, job assistance, rehabilitation services, and whatever else people need to get back to a good place mentally. At Hunter's House of Hope, we understand that suicide assistance is not a one size fits all remedy. We've done extensive research on how to help people on an individual basis to ensure they receive the most efficient help, personal long-term care, and support throughout their recovery.

“We have a “whole person” approach that provides an individualized plan to ensure recovery success with a partner through it all. Because the cost of doing nothing is too high.,” says Founder, Theresa Capobianco.

Hunter’s House of Hope, Inc.’s goal is to have a calendar full of events to engage the community as well as educate and empower those who come to us for help. This includes community events, life assistance services as well as weekly emotional support meetings in a home environment. Due to Covid-19, we are performing most of our assistance and counseling virtually to comply with the current Broward County regulations.

We invite you to celebrate our 501c3 status obtained with the help of our nonprofit administrative partner BryteBridge Nonprofit Solutions. We are excited to embark on this journey for our community and in memory of Hunter Capobianco.

About Hunter’s House of Hope, Inc.

Hunter’s House of Hope, Inc. was established after the loss of Hunter Capobianco at only 17 years old. A devastated family decided to reach deep within their community to help others who feel or have lost like Hunter did. Hunter’s House of Hope is a nonprofit organization with a mission to help people who have attempted or are considering suicide. Most people know someone or have experienced suicidal thoughts themselves. Suicide affects not only the individual, but the people around them. That’s why we believe there is greater success of rehabilitation with community support and someone to help you along the way. Hunter’s House of Hope is comprehensive care for all through community resources.
