New Direct Primary Care Practice is Coming to Montclair, New Jersey
MONTCLAIR, NEW JERSEY - 03/28/2019 — Nurse Practioner, Rakiyah Jones, DNP, APN, FNP-BC will be opening a Direct Primary Care Practice, KinFolk Family Health, on April 1, 2019. The facility is located at 292 Bloomfield Ave, 2nd Floor, Montclair, New Jersey, and will provide virtual appointments and a variety of membership plans for young college students, busy working professionals, and seniors requiring specialized care and coordination. Additionally, all services are available to Non-Members with KinFolk's transparent pricing. Low-cost visits for Non-Member's are based on level of care required.
Pricing, is discussed upfront prior to start of visit and any additional testing or referrals required will be discussed throughout the visit. In-office testing is available at discounted rates. There are no hidden cost or fees. All visits are FSA/HSA eligible.
