April 29, 2021 (BLOOMINGTON, MN) John White, owner of Ambulatory Surgery Center Group (ASC Group), has joined NAI Legacy with the sole focus of expanding his practice of representing private and public medical office real estate owners, surgery center doctors, medical office investors and other medical related professionals that tend to own their own practice as well as the real estate they occupy.
“My clients, most of whom are medical doctors and physicians, have real estate needs beyond the acquisition or sale of a building,” said John White. “I’m excited to expand our real estate service offerings to these clients as NAI can provide professional management, leasing services as well as investment management services as these client’s sell or recapitalize their properties.
