Engineered Energy Equipment is Full Steam Ahead with Craft Breweries in Florida
Lakeland, Florida, United States - 11/10/2021 — Engineered Energy Equipment (EEE) continues to pick up steam in 2021, as they continue to support Florida's craft breweries and distilleries with state of the art boilers, burners, controls, and boiler room equipment. Within the past few years, Florida has become home to over 300 craft breweries: 80 of which are in Greater Tampa Bay!
As Florida’s population and tourism grows, so has the need for hotels, hospitals, agriculture, industrial storage, distilleries, citrus processing, etc. Breweries and distilleries, in particular, rely on boilers during the brewing and distilling process, as well as the sterilization and pasteurization phases. In addition to selling and maintaining boilers in local breweries and distilleries, EEE proudly sells boilers to many Central Florida hospitals, theme parks, agricultural processors, universities, laundries, and food producers.

Kevin Warren, aka, the Boilerman, is one of EEE’s founders who was introduced to boilers during his Navy career as a Boiler Technician (BT). He retired as a USN Chief Petty Officer. After 23 years of working in the boiler rooms of Navy ships, Warren returned home to Central Florida in 1999.
Warren may have retired from the Navy, but Kevin Warren didn’t leave the boiler room for long. Back home in Lakeland, Warren met another life-long boilerman, Ted L. Keller. Ted worked his entire life in the mechanical contracting field and specialized in industrial boilers. Warren began working for Ted and eventually formed EEE with Ted’s son, Hubble Keller, in 2005.
Celebrating Veterans Day on November 11 and the 246th Birthday of the United States Marine Corps on November 10, Kevin Warren said, “Boilers were integral to the defense of our country in wars ranging from the US Civil War to Vietnam to Operation Desert Storm. In honor of Veteran’s Day, and the many men and women who have served our country, we share a heart-felt THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!”
