After this training, attendees will understand how to create effective partnerships, develop relationships with donor agencies, and recognize the importance of addressing commercialization during each phase of the proposal.

This comprehensive training covers the essential bid development processes and the tools and techniques proven to be successful in today's competitive federal contracting landscape. Following the workshop, participants will possess the skills to identify the right funding opportunities, effectively address solicitations, and develop a pipeline for pursuit.

This two-day training introduces the core project management concepts set forth by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and provides the roadmap for applying these concepts. Participants will learn to apply project management skills to real-life examples and practice using tools and techniques to apply immediately to projects.

This two-day training is designed for emerging leaders who hold or will be taking on increasing leadership roles in their organizations. Participants will analyze the connections between leadership, decision making, theory, and practice. Emphasis will be placed on how effective decisions are made and how bad decisions can be avoided.
