The Braverman building is located near the Pyramid Lofts. Unlike the 50 residential spaces that the Pyramid Lofts offers, the Braverman building houses 16 units. Both properties contain two commercial units. Residential units in the Braverman Building range from $1275-$1400 for one bedroom units to $1600-$1700 for two bedroom units. There are also plans for Braverman II and Braverman III which hope to open within the next couple years!
The MM Cloisters I, also known as the West Village at Spring Garden, is currently in development and has approx. 20 completely renovated apartments ready for immediate move-in! It is located in a great area of Philadelphia close to many entertainment venues as well as three colleges; UScience, Drexel and Penn State. The Cloisters also has a lot of history. The property itself was built over a century ago. The MM Cloisters are slated to house 47 units, with studio apartments starting at $1150, one-bedrooms at $1300, and two-bedroom units starting at $1550.
