United States, California, Los Angeles - 01/12/2021 — WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company has arranged the sale of 2426 Lincoln Boulevard in Venice for $1,300,000, or $546 per square foot.
The ± 2,380 square foot building located along Lincoln Boulevard in Venice has sold. The property is comprised of two retail/office units situated on ± 3,045 square feet of land. The building was vacant at the time of sale and was purchased as an investment.
“The buyer recently purchased the office building directly next door and plans to extensively rehab, lease and hold,” said Brian Hart. “The seller plans to 1031 exchange into a less-maintenance intensive opportunity.”
