The Prouty Project Hires Two Senior Consultants

Adrienne Jordan and Anne Davidman Bring Senior-Level Strategy Experience and a Fresh Perspective to the Consultant Team at The Prouty Project

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - 08/13/2018 — The Prouty Project, an Eden Prairie, Minn. consulting firm that recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, sought to hire a new senior consultant to serve its growing client base. After the search, Jeff Prouty and his management team faced a difficult decision between two final candidates, both of whom were extraordinary potential consultants. Ultimately, they decided to hire them both.

“We are fortunate to have the opportunity to bring two women leaders and superstars onto our team of senior consultants,” said Mike Felmlee, CEO of The Prouty Project. “We’re excited to see their fresh perspective influence our strategic planning and leadership development work with our fast-growing client base.”

Adrienne Jordan most recently served on the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee where she led the Project and Risk Management Office, and held prior positions with Minneapolis Public Schools and General Mills, and also as a consultant with the Minnesota Vikings. Jordan’s experience in both corporate and non-profit environments — including her community service with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Lundstrum Performing Arts, and Play Like A Girl — will be a significant asset to clients of The Prouty Project. “I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve as a member of this amazing organization and team,” said Jordan. “And to further live our shared values of generosity, curiosity and adventure as we help stretch our clients into their desired futures. I am also honored to be starting and sharing this journey with Anne Davidman, a dynamic leader and wonderful person.”

Anne Davidman joins The Prouty Project after 14 years with Target Corporation in various roles managing marketing and branding, consumer insights and strategy. Prior to her career at Target, Davidman held account executive positions with both Campbell Mithun and J. Walter Thompson where she gained advertising and brand strategy experience. The fast pace and discipline of both the ad agency and Target Corporation environments assure Davidman is well prepared for her new consulting position. “I feel so honored to be a part of this amazing team of leaders,” said Davidman. “The Prouty Project is a special place with remarkable talent. I’m excited to learn from the best in the profession. Together with Adrienne, we hope to help grow the organization to new heights.”
