First Responders Appreciation Day by LaGrange Country Dodge
LAGRANGE, IN - 06/13/2017 — LaGrange Country Dodge is saluting all First Responders on Saturday, June 17 at LaGrange Country Dodge, 2050 N. Detroit Street in LaGrange, IN. This one-day event includes members of Police, Fire and EMS members demonstrating fire gear, apparatus show, police dogs and more.
There will also be a free concert featuring country stars “Trailer Choir” and Jared Blake. Trailer Choir features “Vencent Henderson” who was a contestant on “The Biggest Loser.” Jared Blake was on team “Blake Shelton” on NBC’s “The Voice.” The concert begins at 12noon and runs until 4 pm.
There will also be food, a dunk tank, and other activities throughout the day.There will also be a 50/50 raffle that will benefit local charities that support the first responders in LaGrange County.
“As 23 year veteran as a firefighter, first responders rarely get the support and recognition that they deserve,” says LaGrange Country Dodge general manager, Dewayne Eck. “We just to make sure the public knows and appreciates the hard work and dedication of the men and women who risk their lives saving others. We are grateful to be able to acknowledge our first responders at LaGrange Country Dodge.”
