These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities. With over 32 years of professional experience in education and consulting, Ms. Davis has certainly proved herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the industry. Her key responsibilities involve designing, training and assessing programs for police recruits, detectives, crime scene officers and prosecutors. She ensures that all training programs are compliant with national standards, she conducts continuous improvement audits, course evaluations, provides advice on government regulatory framework and compliance, and develops educational processes and standardized document templates.
Fist starting out as a primary school teacher for children for 10 years, Ms. Davis found a passion for education very quickly. She joined the Australian Army and was involved in education and training development for 20 years. Ms. Davis remains active as an Army Reserve Officer and currently serves with the Australian Army History Unit as a museum manager.
Fiona is dedicated to continuing her education. She currently holds a Master of Professional Studies in Instruction Design, a Master of Professional Studies in Teaching ESL students, a Bachelor of Education, diplomas in management, project management, training and assessment systems.
Ms. Davis has also belonged to professional organizations throughout her career and has been recognized globally for her hard work and accomplishments. She is an active member with the Australian Institute of Training and Development and Returned Servicemen's League of Australia. She was the recipient of the Australian Army Active Service Medal and The Australian Army Long Service Medal. She was named Top VIP Member of Worldwide Branding in 2013 & 2014, selected as Top Female Professional for 2015 and featured in Pro-Files Magazine. She was also selected for the Worldwide Lifetime Achievement Award and Top 101 Industry Expert for 2016.
Looking back, Fiona attributes much of her success to her hard work, determination, perseverance and flexibility when striving to meet customers' needs. For the future she aspires to continue growing as a professional and making a difference in the world.
