LOS ANGELES, CA - 12/22/2017 — Seasoned real estate broker Chris Lim is at it again; this time partnering with buyer and ASAP Holdings CIO Jerome Yuan on the acquisition of The Hilton Houston Galleria Area, a 293-room, soon-to-be Doubletree hotel with a prime location for substantial year-round occupancy. This transaction adds to the considerable portfolio of commercial properties Yuan has created which have garnered significant return on investment in past years.
“Since the acquisition of another Doubletree back in 2014 that has thus far netted us a 243% ROI, we’ve had the good fortune to pick substantive winners in this challenging segment,” remarked buyer and ASAP Holdings CIO Jerome Yuan. “Despite the difficulties inherent in the commercial space, we’ve put together a strong portfolio of well-supported properties in high-growth areas. With the mall and business district nearby in addition to Chinatown, this location ought to do well.”
