Anderson, San Diego’s top video real estate agent, has leveraged her expertise in online marketing to connect local sellers with qualified buyers around the world, despite challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We keep health and safety a priority,” said Anderson. “While we have always sold with video marketing, we’ve recently seen 50% of our listings sell from video alone.”
While 3D and virtual tours are common among most real estate firms, professionally-produced video tours are rarer, yet extremely effective at every price point. Anderson sends prospective buyers a video brochure for a tactile experience associated with the property.
In-person showings are also available, with additional safety measures in place to ensure the health of buyers, sellers and agents. Masks, gloves and booties are required for entrance to each listing, as is a signed disclosure from the buyer stating they have had no known exposure to COVID-19. Buyers must also meet financing pre-qualification requirements. Additionally, Anderson ensures minimal touch points while in the home and sanitizes those touch points before leaving the property.
“As San Diego starts to reopen, sellers are feeling more comfortable about coming to the market,” Anderson said. “In fact, with limited inventory and slashed interest rates from the Fed, we’re still seeing homes move quickly with multiple offers.”
